The Full Story
Lansdub began his career in 2015 as a DJ. In the year 2016, Lansdub found a new solace in composition, influenced by sounds of jazz, lo-fi and deep house.
Previously known as Auxtail, he has released compositions under french record label. Apnea Label. It was only in 2019 where the rebirth of Lansdub took place, bringing forth an ethereal sound known as dub techno.
Lansdub has featured in a series on some of dub techno’s finest podcasts across the globe. Reaching the top 10 on: Yana Overdosed, Hello Strange, Negyédegnegy, Pjontec, Demure Circle and Poisonoise.
Lansdub’s debut release ‘Weeping Robots’ under Plus Plus Records. Went on to reach the top 15 beatport charts in the month of April, 2020.
His release on the Plus Plus Records was so favoured, that he was asked to curate his own various artists compilation. The compilation was released on the 25th of December, 2020. It went on to reach the top 20 raw/deep/hypnotic charts and the top 40 on the deep house charts.
Lansdub however felt he had more to give creatively. This revelation gave birth to the moniker ‘Eisimetkrl’. He uses this alter-ego to compose and curate Lo-fi, Trip-Hop, Hip-Hop Jazz and Alternative selections.
